I don& #39;t think it& #39;s that simple. Graham may be careerist and opportunistic, but the 180 in his positions on Russia and Trump& #39;s mental fitness, as well as the level of obsequiousness he projects, is unusual even by aspiring Trump lackey standards. Graham seems afraid.
