Men fighting anxiety, read this:
Firstly;

You& #39;re going to be OK.

I am a man that fought anxiety for 20+ years.

I know how it feels. I got your back.

But here& #39;s the thing:
You& #39;re not alone.

You might think you are - but you& #39;re not.

ALL men are battling something.

Some are just more open than others.

Here& #39;s the truth:
Vulnerability is NOT weakness.

Vulnerability is STRENGTH.

In fact, vulnerability is your greatest asset.

It& #39;s the key that unlocks deep connection.

Something most men are missing.

Why?
Society says we shouldn& #39;t share our feelings.

Society says it& #39;s, "weak" or "feminine"

But, you know what?

Emotional repression is killing our gender.

Shocking fact:
The biggest killer in men below 45 is suicide.

Most men don& #39;t know how to deal with their emotions.

But, it& #39;s OK. That& #39;s not your fault.

Education, governments & media are letting you down.

Our modern social environment has:
Destroyed REAL connection.

Phones are not connection.

Men need genuine connection & support.

Men need vulnerability & a safe space to share.

F*ck their retarded conditioning.

What men are missing is brotherhood.

Men, do this now:
Swallow your pride.

Let go of your ego.

Start confiding in your brothers.

It will invite the space for real, heart-to-heart conversation.

Your path out of mental pain isn& #39;t just tied to connection.

Your mental pain is also a result of your environment.

Awful habits also destroy mindset.

To FEEL different you must DO different.

How?
Build good habits.

But, I appreciate this is hard.

Society is trying to domesticate men.
Porn + Alcohol + Sedentary lifestyle + Poor diet + No sun + Toxic education + News + Weak governments =

Unhealthy, anxious, domesticated men.
Men:

To reclaim your birth right to radical mental & physical health.

Here are 5 actionable changes you must make:

1. Remove Porn.
I used to masturbate daily.

It sucked because it destroyed my mindset.

I felt lazy, anxious & unmotivated.

Until, I finally cut porn & stopped masturbating.

Now, I feel more disciplined & motivated than ever.

Save your semen, upgrade your attitude.
2. Lift Weights

Stop watching the TV & news.

You don& #39;t need more negative BS.

Get in the gym & lift weights.

Becoming stronger & gaining muscle is the best investment you& #39;ll ever make.

It& #39;ll transform your confidence & self-esteem.

Lift heavy, elevate your mindset.
3. Eat Meat

I used to be plant-based.

This made me weak, anxious & destroyed digestion.

Until, I finally found eating mainly red meat.

Now, my mood is consistent & my sex drive is insane.

Eat meat, feel better.
4. Nasal Breathe

I used to mouth breathe.

This made me stressed, anxious & obliterated my sleep.

Then, I discovered nasal breathing.

Now, I feel calmer, more relaxed but also..

I sleep like a rock!

0% mouth, 100% nose = happier life.
5. Sun-gaze

I used to wake-up & snooze my alarm.

It hurt because I always felt lethargic & tired.

Until, I finally found sun-gazing.

5-10 minutes staring at the sun every AM.

Now, I have immense lust for life & feel great.

Prioritise the sun, illuminate your mood!
Alongside anxiety I used to suffer with:
• Insomnia
• Panic attacks
• Digestive issues
• Low confidence & esteem

Then, I started doing these 5 habits consistently.

After 3-6 months, I felt like a different person.

99% of my suffering was obliterated.

The only thing standing in the way of where you are now, & where you want to be:

Mindset.

Remove victim mentality.

Instead, see your pain as an opportunity to upgrade.

Building a growth mentality is the fastest way you& #39;ll see results.
