Would someone abuse this for a cheap jumpscare? probably...people already do it in gifs, so it won& #39;t be anything new :/ +it can be used for good. Write a warning that your image contains something graphic and hide it behind the crop. Also useful for spoilers.
I& #39;m sad because it& #39;s obvious many people would want this but Twitter& #39;s team isn& #39;t exactly the most responsive to user feedback. I& #39;m not a developer, idk what they& #39;re going through but honestly I& #39;ve been pretty disappointed in some of the changes the platform has made.
