44 GOP House Members retired in 2018, 20 Dem House members retired then

I don& #39;t know what all this means right now, except that Dems need to be strategic.
Examples: Lamb is thinking of running for PA Senate. Maybe he should be urged not to, to ensure we keep that seat. And PA is losing a seat
