Today I attempt to do something I have wanted to do since I was promised a "Walk around the World" in the & #39;90s.

I am going to walk around Seven Seas Lagoon (where possible)

Leaving the Polynesian now. Join me? (Thread)
Passing the wedding chapel now.

The gate was open... The views here are gorgeous
Grand Floridian splash pad, and monorail teal makes an appearance.

Compared to the weekend, this place is a ghost town today.
Inching closer to the Magic Kingdom. Let& #39;s see if this mythical bridge actually exists.
Turns out it& #39;s not one bridge, but two.

Also found this intriguing road to nowhere. Much like the Springfield mystery spot I am inexplicably drawn to it.
Bridge number two, off to the left is an electric nightly friend in daytime form.
Looking back at the Poly and Grand Floridian...

... Even if they& #39;re 30 years old, there are very few things in life cooler than watching a monorail pass by overhead.
And there she is. So close, yet so far away.
One of these buildings is awesome. I think we all know which.
It never fails to amaze me how shockingly close to Space Mountain you can actually get.
Ever since that episode of @RetroWDW I have a strong desire to pull my car though here.
Can walk no more.... So you know what that means.

It put Ogdenville, Brockmire and North Haverbrook on the map...

Monorail! Monorail! Monorail! https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="🚝" title="Einschienenbahn" aria-label="Emoji: Einschienenbahn">
There& #39;s nothing about Disney Transportation that can& #39;t be cured with more monorails.

The views from the highway in the sky? Perfection.
On to the TTC.

In a sea of previously documented dated paint schemes... This Joffrey& #39;s signage is surprisingly on point.
And, back to civilization and good & #39;ol Tokelau.

Total walk time, approximately 1 hr, 6 min.
