Scott Brooks and the Wizards should& #39;ve fouled Pascal Siakam as they were down 3, and free throws still guarantee a lead no matter how many they make or miss.
The Wizards could& #39;ve trapped Siakam off the inbound, and pressure him to pass the ball. From there the Center at the moment (Anthony Gill) would play the wings, and recover on the open guy
The Wizards could& #39;ve sent a trap at the half court line, and make it hard to even advance the ball.
The Wizards if not electing to foul, force Siakam to the middle of the court. Although that gives him two options its much harder to get a pass off, as Vanvleet was right infront of him

Lmk what u guys think of my decision making. Obviously there wasn& #39;t much to process, but Beal was at the FT line, which was enough time for Brooks to communicate to Russ or any player what he wanted them to do. Likes at RT& #39;s appreciated!
