why is it wrong to use fonts? a necessary thread.

iโve talked about this a couple of times already, but there& #39;s people that still use them, and hopefully you will stop once you educate yourself on the topic :)
The main reason is that people with visual or motor difficulties use a screen reader/voiceover/talkback to facilitate the use of different devices. Those resources can& #39;t recognize the fonts, which makes it difficult for people to understand what you& #39;re saying.
Here& #39;s an example:
The phrase says โThis is an example of how the screen reader works when you use fonts, so please stop.โ
But it only recognized โThis is anโ โof how theโ โworks when youโ โso pleaseโ since I wasn& #39;t using fonts.

There& #39;s also certain fonts that make reading difficult for dyslexic people.

Think that there are other people trying to use social media just like you, and you& #39;re making it more difficult for them.

Now, if after reading this, you still don& #39;t see why you shouldn& #39;t use fonts, have in mind that the apps you use for them are external to your phone, meaning they aren& #39;t really safe. They can record everything you write, like personal information, passwords, etc.
I know you might think your account looks more aesthetic (which it doesn& #39;t, believe me), but think if that is more important than the things mentioned above.
Now, about symbols (e.g. ยฐ. เญญฬฅโ.*๏ฝฅ๏พเซ โ หหโฆ) it& #39;s okay if you use them since they aren& #39;t a fundamental part of the phrase, so it wouldn& #39;t change the meaning.
