This one will make a lot of people mad but I am a believer in the style and formation we are playing for our personnel. Feel like heâs gotten better in this area from Crew days as well.

Building Culture: A
He has built a feel around the team that is exciting and he has the young dudes bought in. Played have said itâs the most fun theyâve had on a team.
Any time you see a video from camps it looks incredible. And obviously it has attracted a ton of talent.

This one is still a bit unknown to me but based on info I have he seems solid. I think we will get to see where this one truly is in the next 6 months.

This is maybe the most important role we needed from a NT manager from 2018-2020 and he has absolutely nailed it!!

I think this is one of his big weaknesses. It also hasnât been tested much with NT in high pressure situation but I have never been impressed with his teams abilities to adjust.

I think he was a solid F in 2019 but I think heâs made a lot of progress... but still makes a lot of questionable decisions.
At the end of the day 80-90% of rosters and starting lineups are where I want...

His strengths which are recruting, culture and team building have been massive needs for us during this time so I wonât have him rated as low as people who weigh tactics heavier.

I think he has gotten better on the job but there are still big ? if he is the guy to take the project forward long term.
I think firing him before WC should only happen under dire circumstances and I donât believe those will come up.

I believe he takes us into this WC, leads us out of the group and we have a solid showing. I personally donât care about âtrophiesâ in the next year... only qualifying and WC performance
I think if he doesnât grow as tactician & game manager we should look elsewhere next cycle.
