Or that a) Hitler clenched his teeth then took the shot, triggering the capsule but the bullet got there 1st, or b) the intracranial pressure from the bullet might impact a capsule lodged in his teeth? I agree, gun alone seems more likely - but it& #39;s interesting @lukedalygroves!
