Second dose administered. In observation til 10:30.
It’s now been an hour since I’ve been discharged from my clinic. Already had a nice big meal, which I downed w/ Gatorade. And because I’ve had body aches all over, I went ahead and took 3 pain relievers w/ my meal. We’ll see if this pays off in the long run. So far no symptoms.
Arm is starting to feel sore & sensitive now. I could probably have one more pain reliever in the next 24 hours but that’s as much as my stomach will allow. Again, hope I didn’t jump the gun on that.
I got the Moderna vaccine, btw.
11 hours removed from my shot. No symptoms whatsoever. Started icing my arm since it’s full on sore now and hard to maneuver. Read that the side-effects are stronger w/ the younger people than the older. Which is one way to say I’m old

72 hours and may last up to a week. So if I want to start weight-lifting I shall wait til Tuesday morning or next Thursday. Any who, gonna prepare for bed now. Chamomile tea again. I’ll save my last pain reliever for tomorrow if I feel the side-effects.
Unsure if I should delete this thread and just make a new singular tweet w/ a brief summarization of my shot. Regardless, I’m adding that it’s been a day now since my 2nd dose and I suffered no side-effects from it. This could potentially be because I may have countered any
possible side-effects by taking pain relievers & downing Gatorade before they happened. If you feel this information will help you for your doses then go for it. Now I wait for my arm to stop feeling sore and to be fully vaccinated in 2 weeks.
