[2] Ranboo thinks that Tubbo copes with his issues and trauma by distracting himself with other things, usually focussing on trying to help others instead of himself

[..] so when Ranboo looks at him he knows Tubbo has trauma he never opened up about to him, but again [1] he doesn& #39;t question it since he keeps secrets from Tubbo as well

[4] No one& #39;s ever asked him about his tear scars and he supposes it& #39;s because they assumed the scars were from crying (and probably didn& #39;t feel comfortable asking him about his trauma)
