Top colleges are Important.
I& #39;m from IIT Mumbai and when I was graduated I had a very high paying jobs right in my hand and I had to choose between them.
But, my friends who graduated from private colleges are either struggling or working at 4-5 LPA package.

Finding high paying job
In India you can& #39;t find high paying job just by doing web development. You have to master Data Structure, Algorithms, CP, System Design etc.
And the major challenge is finding a job opportunity at product based if you are from 3rd tier college.

We IITIANS require only 1-2 months to master any programming language. We are that fast and flexible.
My company gave me 5 days to learn AWS and I did it in 3 day only. My friend @facebook learned React Native in 2 weeks.
