I wonder if young foreign language speaking kids in Corporate American customer service departments have any sense of the massive generational and socioeconomic shift that is underway. If not, and I& #39;m quite certain they are not, they& #39;re about to receive a lesson in experience.

*if they do not sense. They& #39;re unaware. Oblivious. Caught up in a highly complex generational tidal change. The water will be murky for quite some time.
