not only are they bad at cooking it, they& #39;re bad at choosing it! just slab after slab of poorly cut sirloin - no skirt steaks, no short rib, no hanger steaks, they are purposely avoiding the most delicious parts of the animal

like if you are going to eat meat - and I judge nobody for not eating meat - you should A) know all of the parts and what is best for what and B) how to buy it and cook it properly; that is the absolute minimum ethical demand that can be made of being carnivourous

people made fun of Donald Trump for always wanting his steaks well-done with ketchup, but there are cuts that are actually *best* when well-done (like skirt) and he was just too dumb to know that so he always got a porterhouse, which is the Look At My Small Dick of steaks
