Quite frankly, I don& #39;t understand why Youtooz is continuing to release new product when they can& #39;t sort out these delays. I understand that COVID caused initial delays for production & shipment, but for the most part, they have failed to publicly inform about these issues...
There are many people I know of who have ordered anywhere between 1-6 items dating all the way back from last year& #39;s Spring that still have not received their items. Ultimately, your best bet at this time is to email them to inquire about your orders. DO NOT hesitate! ...
I& #39;ve supported this company from the beginning, but regardless, their lack of transparency and outreach to the community about pandemic related issues is becoming a major issue, and I think that it& #39;s time for them to speak up about it. With this being said...
DO NOT let anyone discourage you from being upset or angry over your products not being shipped. Your feelings are justified and being angry at a company& #39;s lack of customer service has nothing to do with your support for creators. DON& #39;T let anyone gaslight you otherwise...
In addition, I STRONGLY URGE YOU to take the time to email them about your orders, give them your name, and order #. By now, they probably have 100s of 1000s of emails flooding their inboxes with inquiries, so give them time to respond...
I managed to get a response w/in 2 days but that may not be the case for others. You may have to wait up to 3-4 days. If after an extended period of time, if you& #39;re sure they haven& #39;t responded to you (let& #39;s say after a week) THEN reach out to them on Twitter, & send another email
