The Culture of the Physiotherapy profession is shamed by persistent nepotism. A BAME physio who has been a band 6 for 13 years (denied leadership training by their managers) applied (again) for a band 7 post and has just lost out to a band 5 with 2 years experience @thecsp 1/2

Just one story like this is bad enough, but I& #39;m hearing this same tale repeatedly from physios in the UK. It& #39;s shameful bias I& #39;m angered at what this does to the confidence of the people this happens to. If our faces don& #39;t fit at higher bands, what does that tell us? 2/2
