As I share tech events in @DiversifyTechCo weekly, I see what the speaker lineups looks like regularly

I saw an increase in speakers of color last year. Since last month, I& #39;ve been noticing that we are going back to having mostly white folks even in orgs that serve women in tech

Yes, people of color are tired but I am not sure that is the reason. I was getting invited to speak quite a lot last year. So far it& #39;s been once this year.

Not looking for speaking opps btw but this has been my observation and I suspect that& #39;s happening with other folks.
Oh. I include events that are organized by people of color. They always have a diverse lineup.

So, I don& #39;t think it& #39;s the case that every person of color decided to take a break.
