Things I like about spring (a thread)
1 - Seeing the first leaves budding on trees always makes me super happy and giddy. After months of different shades of grey and brown seeing tiny bits of green improves my mood so much.

2 - Daffodils, bluebells and tulips

3 - It stays light later in the evening and earlier in the morning.

5 - Drying the washing outside on the line (no better feeling than sleeping in freshly made bed when itâs been dried outside https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="đ„°" title="Smiling face with 3 hearts" aria-label="Emoji: Smiling face with 3 hearts">)
6 - Being able to lay on a blanket in the grass and read or listen to music without feeling like youâll get hypothermia (this weird week not included).

8 - Butterflies and bumblebees (but not wasps theyâre meanies).
9 - blossom trees. They look so pretty, almost like cotton candy.
10 - Spring to me is full of new beginnings, even more so this year. Weâre slowing easing back into normal. Shops are opening, we can see friends again and kids are back at school (happy dance). Weâve all had such a hard year and I think weâre all ready for this new start.
