i really debated whether i should post a review about my experience with @/Summertimelix43 since i’m still waiting on orders from them but this was genuinely one of the most stressful things i’ve ever dealt with in my six years of collecting so here’s a thread

i’ve had a LOT of orders with her in the past year and a bit and none of them have gone entirely smoothly but i’m condensing this down to just two related issues to make this easier to read.

this will encompass stock sale bought between feb-june 2020 and ateez tokopedia.
me and my flatmate @honeyuns bought quite a bit of stock from roni in the first half of 2020, most of which was bundled. we followed all her rules about bundle forms and the dm account but since i’d ordered from them before i knew they were slow to ship (1/2 months delay).

by september, neither me nor chris had any of our stock sale and roni also had a couple of GO’s on hand too we had no idea when they’d ship. so we discussed with roni about her bundling our stock + on hand GO’s to be shipped the next week to which she agreed!
by next week, we still had nothing so chris ended up arguing a little with roni on the tl about why they weren’t shipping our things and roni responded threatening to resell her items.

finally we came to an agreement to ship all our stock that friday and i paid £20 up front for postage even though we’d paid it for all already.

so yay! the stock arrived next week! except items were missing, they’d sent a wrong item and chris’ cravity signed album was signed by the wrong member (she bought jungmo and received woobin).

she messaged roni, roni said to send it back and they’d send jungmo asap.
this is where five long months of anxiety and stress began. roni did NOT send jungmo asap.

they sent domestic costs for ateez tokopedia, told me and chris she would send out tokopedia cards in the cravity album to keep them safe during transit. we were fine with that originally
then... she never shipped them. at least once a month for the first few months i messaged them asking when they’d be posting them and each time they just said “ASAP!”.

for anyone unfamiliar, ateez’s tokopedia cards are RARE. they go for $60-100 now, sometimes more.
of course, i was getting more and more anxious at the thought of not getting these cards. i was TERRIFIED of messaging her in case she decided to resell them or not send them at all. this wasn’t a baseless fear since she’d already threatened it before.

about a week later, i see her selling ateez tokopedia cards ... my anxiety spiked even more than i thought possible and of course i dm them... only for the cards to arrive next day without word they’d been posted nor to be given my tracking number.

i haven’t joined a GO with them since august and while i know the paysable situation can’t be helped, the claims they haven’t sent CAN be helped and i’m seriously done with it all.

all i can do is warn people against joining with or buying from roni at this point.
they are unprofessional, passive aggressive, care much more about winning fancalls and other benefits than they do their buyers, and honestly it’s just not worth the anxiety and stress.
