Katie Halper and Matt Taibbi confirmed in a recent podcast that they were both fired from Rolling Stone because of their pro-Assad views and war crimes revisionism.

Sure Matt, it& #39;s always "satire". You crack jokes while your guests cover up atrocities, Rolling Stone had enough, so you cracked some jokes about that too. You& #39;re the punchline though.

Now that Matt has quote tweeted me, the mentions are swamped with people going "Actually Assad is innocent you headchopper", this is the sewage he piped straight onto Rolling Stone& #39;s platform.

Matt Taibbi is also tweeting snark behind a block because, after I tweeted about some of the heinous garbage he wrote during his Exile days (see excerpt), he DM& #39;d me a bunch of desperate excuses then blocked me because I wasn& #39;t interested in hearing it.
