1. We all know this one and it& #39;s super effective: Smaller plates. You& #39;ll end up eating less.
2. When having a snack, use your non dominant hand. You& #39;ll end up eating up to 20% less.
3. When drinking something unhealthy, use a tall thin glass.
4. Place a mirror in your kitchen. You& #39;ll see yourself eat all that junk and be disgusted.
5. When eating, don& #39;t do anything else. Don& #39;t watch a youtube video or read a book, you& #39;ll end up eating faster and more.
6. Concentrate on your food & chew a lot. Put your fork or spoon down between each bite.
7. Use red plates and bowls. Research has shown that people eat fewer snacks when they& #39;re served on red plates.
8. Take a picture of everything you eat. It will help you cut down on eating by about a third.
9. Don& #39;t buy different kinds of snacks. When given more options, we& #39;re tempted to try everything and thus eat more.
