Imo, I refuse to believe in such entities and would like to side with scientific facts. Photos circulating online such as this pic is understandable since it& #39;s hard to capture photos and videos at NIGHT.
My purpose in this thread is to spread awareness and I hope this cases appear on the news. I do not wish to cause more fear.

I would say these attacks are done by a group of people.

Who and what are them? Uncaptured are unidentified and I& #39;d like to believe just humans with bad intentions.
Why are they doing this? Authorities are yet to inform us.
