The all powerful port city commission could have foreigners on it.There will be foreign arbitrators, compulsory arbitration (I.e. judgement by foreigners) a specialised system of laws (no one country one law) foreign lawyers allowed to practice. (2/3)

The foreign involvement in the port city goes beyond everything they said couldn& #39;t happen in the context of investigations into human rights. Just to be clear none of this is per se unconditional but this law is as far as you can get to the SLPP& #39;s nationalistic rethoric. (3/3)
