Found a couple of pictures of hazmat man before arrest.
Appears to be standing either alone, or with one other person in baseball cap and shorts - a few people taking pics of him.

Who *is* this woman? Films it on what looks like two phones and then follows the police and press pack.
Could be a police employee (PR), or maybe just a protester. But what footage does she have?

Another point to make about Hazmat Man is he appears to be wearing dark sunglasses. He don& #39;t seem to want you to know who he is....
Maybe @MinistryBackup6 has some more footage/insight?
