They’re often the ones thinking of a genius idea or strategy and about to drop a bomb
They’re listening instead of talking - and listening is actually what makes a good marketer
Their planning their next move before the meeting is even finished
Quiet people change the world because they hear things others don’t.
Unless they’re not engaging, adding value, or actioning anything after - then don’t invite them next time. But never not invite a quiet person who’s really listening. Every meeting needs that person
I’m definitely not the quiet person in a meeting. Which is why I have hired those to fill that gap
