Serious question. What do you say to a white male who says he doesn’t feel like he is respected anymore in society?

Wow so in all the years I’ve had my Twitter account I’ve never had this many responses! I get maybe 10 replied. And great advice everyone!

He voted for Trump and regrets it. He’s helped me out in my career and so it really surprised me when he said he felt that way.

I appreciate everyone’s support here.I tried to talk to him. I tried to understand him. He’s just so angry. He doesn’t believe in white privilege. He thinks that it negates every accomplishment in his life. I don’t know how to answer and it makes me cry that he feels this way.
