Dear Media: The GOP is no longer making "legal arguments" about the election.

They& #39;re fucking criminals who supported treason seeking to destroy democracy rather than face life in prison.

This ain& #39;t about Marbury v. Madison or the 14th Amendment or the Magna Carta or some other fancy intellectual cover.

This is about criminals avoiding life in prison at this point - and nothing more.

Only a few - the Mike Flynns of this mess - will possibly see national security charges, so the GOP isn& #39;t facing prison over "treason," per se. But they& #39;re looking to avoid prosecution over:
- Insider trading
- Election crimes
- Conspiracy (various)
- Wire fraud
- Bank fraud

The GOP isn& #39;t trying to destroy democracy over ideology (this time) but to sabotage a real DOJ that will prosecute them for:
- Tax evasion
- Honest services fraud
- Bribery
- RICO
- FARA
- OH, I DUNNO, LAUNDERING RUSSIAN MONEY INTO OUR ELECTIONS THROUGH THE NRA
