In short, Harris didn& #39;t advocate for the policy of putting trans women in men& #39;s prisons. It was already law and only changed two months ago. She was AG during a case where trans women won a suit against CA, she didn& #39;t argue in it or try to appeal it. She was complicit/passive.

Sorry for deleting/rewording this so much. This is a very nuanced issue and I want to be very clear on the facts as well as my personal thoughts.

I do NOT support Kamala Harris for many reasons including on this AND antiBlackness/TERFs are skewing facts on Harris& #39;s record.
