Also, as I& #39;ve said elsewhere and others have mentioned, they& #39;re parked right in front of one of our few early voting sites in Philly, the biggest blue city in the most crucial swing state in the country, less than a week before the election.

And they& #39;re here specifically to intimidate Black folks.

This is absolutely going to have a chilling effect on voters in this incredibly crucial election, and who thinks otherwise is dreaming.
