Another thing I find really interesting about gintoki is his hypocrisy regarding asking/giving help, he tells everyone including tsukuyo to ask for help whenever needed, and even made yoruzuya so he could help people, he never once asked anyone else for help eg. in kintama....

...he went to great lengths to ensure no one else got involved in his troubles even when he was getting injured and thank God tsukuyo and sachan noticed this or he would& #39;ve rather die than ask for help, a more apparent case of this would be in beam saber where he even went as far

...as to antagonize shinpachi and otae if it meant he could keep them from getting involved, albeit he had other intentions mixed in too. These are but a few examples where gintoki has acted this way, this stems mostly of his fear of losing his friends like he did in the joui war

These little ways that gintoki conducts himself that make him the fleshed out, real and lovable main character that he is and is the reason he& #39;s my favourite character of all time.
