1. Be kind to yourself. Consistent self-criticism is damaging and you should always talk to yourself as you would to a friend.
2. Surround yourself with good people who have positive attitudes. Make an effort to keep in touch and create a conversation. These are the people that will support you when you& #39;re feeling down
3. Try meditating or yoga. Taking time out of your day to clear your mind will help alleviate stress
5. Dedicate a time in your day to write down your worries. If it& #39;s not that time of day, try your best not to allow yourself to worry.
6. Make sure you& #39;re eating a well-balanced diet! proper nutrition has a major role in how we feel physically and mentally.
8. Disconnect from technology and take time away from your phone and computer. Disconnecting gives our brains time to unwind and leads to a better sleep.
9. Get into a good sleeping pattern. Not getting enough sleep can negatively impact us physically and mentally!
10. Get a journal to write down your thoughts and feelings. Expressing how you feel in writing can relieve bottled up tension that our bodies may be holding.
