ok here& #39;s my 2 cents about the nct issue,, my first time watching the make a wish mv i thought isnt this kinda problematic kasi theyre using someones culture for aesthethics (like yung theme + bg + wardrobe) but i pushed that thought aside bc i dont really know much about that

and apparently it& #39;s from the desi culture, so i think it& #39;s up to them to decide if it& #39;s actually problematic or not (bc not every desi is comfortable with nct using desi themes (?) for their mv)... then this got me thinking if it were another group they& #39;d be cancelled right away

i dont think nct is 100% at fault (unless they helped in coming up with the concept) but i think they should own up to it and still apologize bc they ARE performing and promoting the song.

also regarding the "colorist joke",, i think that blew waaaaay out of proportion bc of a mistranslation. i dont think taeyong was targetting lucas& #39; skin color,,,, he just. cant see him properly bc of the light help idk why this became an issue ?????

anywa i do think it& #39;s okay to call them out, and asking for an apology is valid. however, i don& #39;t think we should cancel nct, nor #boycott_resonance. educate not hate!!!
