1 - Sweet apple fries (116)
You just cut some apple in a fries shape and for the sauce a teaspoon of honey with a table spoon (or more) of lemon juice
2 - Apple sauce (50cal)
It& #39;s just apple sauce but I add water, lemon juice and cinnamon to have more of it and make it tastier
3 - smoothie bowl (123 cal)
100% my fave I put
100g of frozen raspberries
half a frozen banana
100ml of almond milk
a teaspoons of honey
And add ice until I like the texture usually I put like 1/3 of ice of it
4 - pop corn (75cal)
Pretty basic but does the job sometime I add a teaspoon of sugar when I don& #39;t feel like shit
5 - boiled egg white (20cal)
I cut my egg in tiny cube and put soy sauce paprika and pepper to make it a bit spicy
6 - cucumber/carrot with mint cream (70 cal)
I cut my cucumber/carrot in fries shape and for the sauce:
2 tablespoons of 0% yogurt
Mint
And half a "cube maggi" I think it& #39;s a French thing it& #39;s just dehydrated chicken broth you can put salt/pepper and your fave seasoning I guess
8 - Rice cake with honey (40)
I saw that some y& #39;all don& #39;t like how rice cake taste I put a teaspoon of honey and cinnamon on it and it taste soooo fucking good I sometimes eat it with raspberry too
9 - Muesli, yoghurt and frozen raspberry (170 cal)
I think this is the most filling snack on this thread I put 30g of muesli, 0% yoghurt, frozen raspberry and sometimes I add a teaspoon of honey
10 - lettuce wrap (50cal)
I put my seasoned boiled egg white that I& #39;ve already show
1/4 carrot
1/4 cucumber
3 cherry tomato
1 tablespoons of canned corn
