... a flashy event that cost thousands of USD in an area that desperately needed financial support for rebuilding destroyed homes. They took that into consideration and released a statement saying they canceled the event due to fears of COVID-19 (what a joke) only to release....
...a few days later that they were going through with the شعلة الثورة event. They played it off as a unifying event that brought together people from all over Lebanon to light ONE torch together to keep the revolution& #39;s flame alive...so beautiful...yet so devious...
...after 3 hours of marching we arrived at the port, at the torch, to the biggest surprise we could ever expect. We arrived with hundreds of pure, free thinking, passionate thawra activists to a stage with make-up covered divas and reporters pointing all cameras at their faces...
... as soon as we arrived someone grabs a microphone (after they had told us no stages) and began to thank the organizers that were able to bring together all these people for one event....excuse me?
