We have asked the studio to elaborate on their remarks to clarify whose actions in particular have & #39;deeply disturbed& #39; them.
It is not clear when exactly & #39;Fatima& #39;& #39;s dance school became aware of their appearance in a UK Government-backed advert.

The ad is from the "Rethink. Reskill. Reboot" campaign that started last year.
Yesterday a Number 10 spokesperson said the advert was ‘not appropriate’ and had been removed.

They evidently have a strong sense of community purpose - motivating and empowering young people through the medium of dance.

She is not an actress, as some claimed, nor is she British, nor is she called Fatima. So her appearance in a UK Government-backed ad must have come as something of a surprise.

As some have pointed if the photo was obtained from Unsplash then permission may have been required to use it. Not so much ‘Free to Use’ more ‘Talk to a Lawyer’.
