It should be a constitutional mandate the Supreme Court Justices be replaced w/in 90 days of a vacancy. If no suitable replacement is voted on, then POTUS can appoint someone for a year. Then you start all over. The Senate shouldn& #39;t be free to shirt their responsibilities

The electoral college needs to be abolished. It& #39;s outdated, dangerous & a relic of slavery. The fact that GOP run state legislatures can thwart the will of the state& #39;s voters, and STILL elect Trump electors no matter how November turns out is a sign of how flimsy our system is
