In particular, they have been writing hate comments towards H.W. They may even be doing the same on their other accounts as well but we can’t be so sure yet if it’s really them.
There has been a surge of hate comments recently towards H.W and towards the other members by other haters too.
In light of so, I have written down a way on how you can effectively and properly report this to the agency.

Here are a few points that I hope you would read carefully
1. DO NOT EVER tag the girls’ mail if you are not replying/sending positive replies
2. Censor the girls’ names when talking about issues like this

3. You must send URL links with proofs (screen recording + screenshots) and not only screenshots as they can be photoshopped. There is a method that I will explain below in which you can use.
What I am about to suggest is a method Kwizones use with the lawyer who they are working with and it is a lot more effective.
Get a program that shows the time and it cannot be adjusted by the user. Here is one that you can use from The Korean Research Institute of Standards and Science (Windows only). Do note that it is in Korean. https://youtu.be/_uXei3PcAQc ">https://youtu.be/_uXei3PcA...
Run the program and screen record a video of all the post and comments with the time showing. Then capture and screenshot everything with the time. The URL must be there as well. Video recording is harder to edit frame by frame so I think that is why the lawyer suggests this way.

If each person mass emails, it will not be that helpful as it will add more work to the staff. It is discouraged unless you are trying to interrupt their work. One person sends an email of a type of issue once, then others send their own. (cont.)
Report one user per email and group evidences for that one user. What I mean by type of issue is to send different emails if the user did different things (ex. 1 email for malicious rumors, 1 email for personal attack).
If each person spams and sends the same email multiple times, it will simply clog the inbox, the staff will not be able to see different emails and we cannot send more important emails. There are higher chances of it being filtered as spam if it is all the same content as well.
Also, mass reporting on Twitter is fine, but as mentioned above, avoid having each person spam the same emails to the agency.
