As announced earlier, I& #39;m going to be having a tweet chat with @TOnyejegbu of @censoj on issues arising from their analysis of the 2014-17 federal audit reports. Over the past two weeks, I& #39;ve tweeted excerpts from the reports in the thread below https://twitter.com/amasonic/status/1307983346849525760">https://twitter.com/amasonic/...
You can see the first thread here with the hashtag #ReturnOurMoney. https://twitter.com/amasonic/status/1307983346849525760?s=19">https://twitter.com/amasonic/...
And the second report here https://twitter.com/amasonic/status/1309433041299943431?s=19
The">https://twitter.com/amasonic/... reports detail how Nigeria loses hundreds of billions of naira to financial infractions with no actions taken.

These reports shouldn& #39;t just be words on paper but be used by the relevant govt agencies to get those found at fault to #ReturnOurMoney
@censoj has gone beyond just compiling these annual audit reports & making recommendations but have also published policy briefs & has been engaging on improving our public finance systems, esp in terms of auditing for a long time. Their work will form the crux of our chat today.
@censoj, In your report, “KEY ISSUES FROM THE 2014-2017 FEDERAL AUDIT REPORTS” from which I tweeted those two threads, how much do you estimate Nigeria lost as identified by your report in that time period?
