On the phone now just at 30 minutes with @Xfinity trying to figure out why I can& #39;t get a technician to my almost 80 yr MIL house to fix her internet access. Twice now they& #39;ve failed to show up and she& #39;s been w/out wifi for a month. Wtf @comcastcares
