Question #1: Even after additional centres, students would still have to travel a lot of distance for their centres. What provisions are you proposing for such students?

In doing so he locks in a considerable amount of expenditure. So what if before he/she completes all his/her exams, contracts covid and is told to defer his attempt, what remedies are available for his/her locked in costs?
