- realize that what you are feeling is temporary, and allow yourself to feel those feelings, it helps.
- drinking water before bed and after you wake up helps clean out your system, its kind of like a bath almost but for your organs! (:
- it doesnt matter how old you are, if you love stuffed animals and they help you stay calm, dont be scared to buy one. your mental stability/health is more important than what others think of you with a stuffed animal that is helping you. hug it tight (:
- 8 hours of sleep max is good for your body and brain and you should feel rested when you wake up! if not, turn your devices off or put them down and turn on some calming relaxing music and doze off(:
