well this is going viral, cis people the thing to take away from this isn& #39;t just a rule ("don& #39;t do this, don& #39;t do that")

just: put yourself in the shoes of people who aren& #39;t like you, who might not have the same experiences you do. don& #39;t assume everyone grew up the same way!!!

also!!! don& #39;t assume you& #39;re entitled to any information about your coworkers they don& #39;t directly share with you, no matter how "woke" you and your company are! respect that there are boundaries between a work self and a personal self and you& #39;re not entitled to the latter!!
