It& #39;s privileged that blinds you.
Students are not brats and you keep calling them entitled but listen they are entitled to this allowance because of the contract they& #39;ve gotten into with DTEF. They need to eat, buy toiletries etc and even buy alcohol, it& #39;s their money

High electricity tariffs but there& #39;s still loadshedding.
High water bills but the water hygiene is questionable.
