Main problem is that colleges were meant for higher order education, but have been expanded due to populism.

Fundamentally, our problem is two fold. One is biological limitation of humans which make majority unfit for higher education.
Second is that there are not enough resources, and economy is not enough advanced to provide gainful employment to most.
