Why Daisuke didn& #39;t flinch in this scene [an analysis/theory thread]

Yes this is a serious thread
Although we didn& #39;t see Daisuke& #39;s face, he didn& #39;t flinch and didn& #39;t seem uncomfortable in the slightest. Even right after that scene, when Haru hunches over him in quite the compromising position, Daisuke doesn& #39;t call him out and here& #39;s where it all goes back to : Hong Kong.+
Everyone knows about the "indulgent pleasures overseas" fact, Daisuke tried all sorts of things and maybe because of that, his brain automatically jumps into the conclusion that with his beauty and cash, anyone would want to get in his pants.+
While the writers left the events in Hong Kong ambiguous, we can still guess what might have went down considering context clues: Haru didn& #39;t do that, even when they were pretty much all alone in a foreign country and when Daisuke must& #39;ve been used to such advances.+
When Daisuke sees how much Haru gives, especially in episode 4 when he literally took him home, got him drunk only to have a genuine friendly moment with him, no ulterior motives involved, Haru earns Daisuke& #39;s trust, at least when it comes to his safety.+
There would be absolutely no reason for Kikuko to invite Haru over after their trip to Hong Kong, except she knows Daisuke often travels outside to indulge himself. Hence why Kikuko wants to see the kind of person Daisuke went with this time.+
However, when she realizes that Haru is innocent, he also ears her trust when she asks him to take good care of Daisuke. It& #39;s even clearer when Daisuke runs away and Kikuko fondly reassures Suzue by reminding her that Haru& #39;s taking care of him.+
Speaking of Suzue, we all remember that scene where Suzue tugs Daisuke under bedsheets. Daisuke is extremely uncomfortable, struggling to get away from her grip even when she does as little as grab his hand.+
Even when she explains to him that it& #39;s all a decoy, Daisuke& #39;s still a nervous wreck, trying to push her away. You cant say it& #39;s just because they& #39;re relatives. Daisuke& #39;s been caught off-guard many times before in even risquier situations and still remained calm throughout them+
So it& #39;s clear that, to an extent, Daisuke& #39;s uncomfortable with close physical touch to an extent. Except with Haru, at least. At first, Daisuke probably just wanted to test, to see how far Haru would go. He provokes Haru in episode 2, and when Haru only grabs his collar,+
Daisuke gets them to fly to Hong Kong for a vague and unexplained "mission", which is already weird but gets even weirder when they go to Kambe& #39;s mansion to meet Kikuko. The mission might not have been a mission at all.+
It& #39;s also weird that so far, no one& #39;s been directly in physical touch with Daisuke: even when he comes back hom in episode 4 and Suzue almost seems like she wanted to hug him. Only Haru& #39;s been continuously invading Daisuke& #39;s personal space+
Without the latter pushing him back. Even in moments of tension and stress, Daisuke never flinches away from Haru. Why? Because Haru& #39;s earned that trust, for being someone so openly emotional and caring, for giving without asking for return.+
Which is the most evident in episode 10, when Daisuke allows Haru to lovingly tend to his injuries amidst the chaos unfolding in their lives, the way Daisuke doesn& #39;t push Haru back even during compromising positions.+
All because Daisuke& #39;s grown to understand Haru, to realize he would rather risk his own safety if it meant Daisuke would be safe. And the feeling is mutual. Daisuke would and did endanger himself for Haru& #39;s sake. Because Haru has Daisuke& #39;s unflinching trust and support.
