Not sure what& #39;s going on with my Twitter, I also got a message but nothing suspicious is happening on my end

not sure what to do or how to follow up, I& #39;m guessing it& #39;s the big increase in followers and I got flagged? I haven& #39;t done anything out of the ordinary lately
