*Me calling patients to give them their covid test result*

Me: ma’am your covid test is positive, we advise you to continue to quarantine for at least 10 days from the date of your test
Patient: omg! But I feel fine! I just went to a wedding!

Me: ........were you instructed to quarantine at the time of your test, at LEAST until you got your result?
Patient: I mean yes but it’s not like I was sick, I only got tested for XYZ reason.....

THOSE are the folks continuing the spread btw. For every SICK patient who tests positive that I have to call, there are at LEAST 5 asymptomatic positives. And every last one of em ignore quarantine instructions.

I dead ass called a patient to inform of a positive result and they were out of the country.
THEY LEFT THE COUNTRY WITH A COVID TEST RESULT PENDING.
