When I was in the army, the commander once caught me in bed 2 minutes before the company muster. The result was certain... "adjustments" (for the whole company).

Point is, I have *HUGE* issues waking up early. That& #39;s why I& #39;m going to wake up at 6am for the next 60 days.

I& #39;ll be posting a photo every day in this thread as a proof. Also, the tweet has to go out before 6:15am.

For each day, that I don& #39;t make it in time, I will donate $5 to a local animal shelter.
Day 1

That was easier than I thought.
Day 2

Frankly, I don& #39;t think I would have been up if it wasn& #39;t for this thread.

It& #39;s water today.
Day 3.

Was easier than yesterday, but harder than day 1. I might have slept in without my Good Tendency app.
Day 4

Let& #39;s brainwash a bit:

"I& #39;ve already mastered this wake-up challenge. I& #39;m living in a reality, in which I& #39;ve already woke up 60 times at 6am. I am just following what already has been decided."
Day 5

I think I& #39;m slowly starting to accommodate. It& #39;s getting easier.
Day 6
Day 8
Day 9

I& #39;m really getting to the point that I don& #39;t want to break the streak.
Day 10

Mocca today. I& #39;m thinking to start moving my wake up time down to 5:30 am incrementally.
Day 11
Day 13

Woke up at 5:35 am.
Day 14

Woke up at 5:35 am. I want to work on getting my lay-in-bed time down, which is usually about 5-10 minutes.
Day 15

Woke up at 5:35 am but stood up at 5:45 :-/
Day 16

Today was really hard. Woke up at 5:35, stood up at 5:50. If I hadn& #39;t made this a public challenge, I& #39;d sleep in till 10 am for sure.
Day 17

Realized too late I have no more milk so here goes to the Earl Gray drinkers.
Day 18

Woke up at 5:35, snoozed till 6:00 am :-/
Day 19
Day 22
Day 24

Actually missed the alarm. Tried to get the tweet out before 6:15am, but obviously didn& #39;t make it.

So this time, no money back.
Day 25

Getting back on track slowly, woke up at 6:00 am.
Day 26
Day 27

Not gonna lie, what had become effortless automatism is a real challenge again. Not sure if it& #39;s because of the one day that I missed.
Day 28

I know it& #39;s probably not the healthiest thing to do first thing in the morning, but it helps me a lot to enjoy the process.

Coffee and cake. Outside. Watching the sky with the stars (no photo of the latter).
Day 29

I want to get back to waking up at 5:30am :-/
Day 30

I am halfway through my challenge. When I started out, I couldn& #39;t have imagined it to go better than it does. Only one day missed by a minute or so until now.
Day 31

Sometimes the money is refunded instantly, like today. But usually it takes a minute. When I started out every single refund only needed seconds.

Wonder what changed.
Day 33

I wish you all a good morning!
Day 34

Today clock has been moved to winter time. I could have just slept for an hour longer, but decided to use the opportunity to naturally move the wake up time down.
