As someone who does a great deal of research on Covid. I will post a series of scientific journals and articles on the other side of the science. Of which there is plenty. That’s why they didn’t take questions. It’s harder to justify the upcoming lockdown with balance

First: the most obvious flaw. Testing.
Many studies have shown the flaws in PCR testing with a cycle rate as high as we use. See article below from the NYT for an overview of PCR testing https://www.nytimes.com/2020/08/29/health/coronavirus-testing.html">https://www.nytimes.com/2020/08/2...

From the study
In three sets of testing data that include cycle thresholds, compiled by officials in Massachusetts, New York and Nevada, up to 90 percent of people testing positive carried barely any virus, a review by The Times found.

On Thursday, the United States recorded 45,604 new coronavirus cases, according to a database maintained by The Times. If the rates of contagiousness in Massachusetts and New York were to apply nationwide, then perhaps only 4,500 of those people may actually need to isolate

On">https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/artic... cycles, no live Virus was found on cycle rates over 30.
Widespread agreement that cycle rate should be taken down to below 30. Only dead virus debris is found at higher cycle rates

So while no live virus is found above 30. The NYT study finding 45 cycles to have a false positive rate of 90%.
The U.K’s testing cycle rate is 46.
Meaning as low as 10% of people who test positive have the live virus

A great twitter thread for Testing.
It is the biggest gaping hole. Even at 50k cases per day (which would never happen), using a cycle rate of 46 may mean just 5k have the virus.

Based on this alone. The press conference is meaningless. The underlying narrative is false.
But anyway, let’s move on to another flaw.
T cells, which he didn’t cover. He mentioned antibody tests at 6% (we’ll get to that).

A review was out just last week into the growing evidence of T cell’s in people with no contact with the virus.
Several studies have pitched this as between 20-50% of the population https://www.bmj.com/content/370/bmj.m3563">https://www.bmj.com/content/3...

This German study found 81% of blood serum before the onset of the pandemic contained the T-Cell to fight the virus.

On to immunity.
HIT expected to be 20-30% in Britain.
Factoring in the T-cell data and the immunity estimates (even if as low as 6%, which I can’t believe), most areas in Britain will be past HIT https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2020.07.23.20160762v1">https://www.medrxiv.org/content/1...

Now onto non-pharmaceutical interventions. Masks, lockdowns etc..
A study analysed 46 countries and all the US states and found no correlation between non pharmaceutical intervention and deaths. https://www.aier.org/article/lockdowns-and-mask-mandates-do-not-lead-to-reduced-covid-transmission-rates-or-deaths-new-study-suggests/">https://www.aier.org/article/l...

Another study showing interventions don’t stop deaths. The same pattern has happened in every country and state

Sorry, forgot a a study about retention of antibodies. 91% of those inflected in Iceland retained antibodies. And importantly, 44% of people had antibodies without knowing exposure to the virus. Which is why antibody rate will be over 6% in Britain https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMoa2026116">https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/...
The virus has mutated. This is what virus’ do. The evidence on this is in. Here is a study https://www.researchgate.net/publication/343797723_Emerging_of_a_SARS-CoV-2_viral_strain_with_a_deletion_in_nsp1">https://www.researchgate.net/publicati...
When UTRI’s mutate they become more transmissible and less potent. I learned that in my first year of uni Exercise Health and Disease module
I almost fell off my chair when they mentioned excess deaths from non Covid.
Like missed cancer screenings, estimated to cause 35k-50k excess cancer deaths
Afraid that’s on you. Not us! https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.bbc.co.uk/news/amp/health-53300784">https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www...

Considering a lot of excess cancer deaths will be under life expectancy age. Whereas Covid? Same as normal life expectancy. 82 https://www.dailyheraldtribune.com/news/world/average-age-of-covid-victims-older-in-scotland-than-life-expectancy/wcm/3e0ab2ae-75f8-4641-9c66-1a8f08148831">https://www.dailyheraldtribune.com/news/worl...
In Canada the average Covid death is 85. 3 years more than life expectancy

And finally, this isn’t about saving lives. The economic cost of Covid has already surpassed the Covid death count. By some way.
Estimated years lost to Covid so far: 800,000
Indirect results of Covid: 1.5 million https://thehill.com/opinion/healthcare/499394-the-covid-19-shutdown-will-cost-americans-millions-of-years-of-life">https://thehill.com/opinion/h...
