Here are my life savers for All kind of shopping needs so that I don& #39;t have to step out at all to buy anything. I am getting everything at my doorstep from Daily to fresh to groceries with these with Fantastic Customer Service:

Though I have used many other E-commerce Retailers like @SuprDaily which is good wrt on time Delivery & Quality of products.

Thakur subscription fee is the only concern for me as I weigh it against BBDaily.

Otherwise #Suprdaily is fantastic as well.
I like @Grofers as well
Their Product quality is superb! Customer service is good & always available.

Just, I have had major hiccups with their refund policy which is flawed and that has made me not use the app ever again. Perhaps in future I might try again, not sure though.

Their offers are good, Vegetables are in decent state. Groceries have good discounts.
Only problem is their customer support, since it& #39;s a new player, Thakur Customer support and refund is bad, takes more than a month to resolve any issue.
Now, another Unicorn @Flipkart
I used to be a regular customer but I have had major Fallout with them on a high-ticket Product of 30K+ & got the resolution after 5-6 months that too after I registered grievances with Consumer forum. It was a nightmare. Amazon is way better.
@pharmeasyapp is Fantastic when it comes to all the OTC and otherwise Medicines.
I never had to contact their customer support even once because they have been perfect with every order. I haven& #39;t tried any other pharmacy player because have become a loyal customer of #PharmEasy
Their is another Major player in the Retail world #DMart which I don& #39;t think it& #39;s present on Twitter or any other Social Media channels.
It& #39;s good wrt offers and on time delivery.
Their customer support is 5 on 10 though.
If you face an issue then it& #39;s a mess. Otherwise it& #39;s good
Adding on to #Dmart
Their Doorstep Delivery isn& #39;t foolproof, the products that can break definitely breaks because their Delivery is overloaded in a single tempo without any box. It& #39;s open deliver.
So, that& #39;s about it. This is my fair feedback on major #ecommerce players after Testing their services for atleast 6 months to 10 years.
Will add more on this thread if I recall anything else.
